A wireless installation may also permit remote maintenance and monitoring depending upon the installation requirements.

Our engineers are available 24/7. Often our immediate phone support, manned by experienced engineers, will solve the issue, however. Depending on the installation we maybe able to address the problem remotely.

Yes, it’s a major benefit of having an alarm installed and maintained by an accredited company, such as ElecSec. However, all insurance companies differ in their terms and conditions so please check with them directly when considering an alarm installation.

Yes, depending upon compatibility with the alarm system. This offers enhanced benefits, such as the alarm warning of the smoke detector battery life before the battery has expired, typically at 25% of life capacity.

Yes, our alarms allow pet screening. We program the alarm so pets do not activate it. Typically this can be achieved with pets of a Labrador size or smaller. A further solution is to isolate areas within the home where the pets reside.

The benefit of our modern systems is they offer the flexibility of either discreet, or non-discreet installation, depending on your individual needs and preferences. For instance, it’s often possible to fit cameras flush into home soffit boards.

Yes, we have standard white or black options, or a colour matching service upon request. This service further enhances discreet installations.

Yes, this is a major benefit of our modern systems, which can be accessed via PC, Tablet or any App driven devices. The functionality will depend on your broadband connection, which we can advise at the time of your enquiry.
